Which muscle groups does swimming the breaststroke exercise?

I've been guessing it will do something to my chest? Thank you : )|||Swimming is one of THE best things to do. You are working your full body, alot of chest too! If you are wanting to "build" your chest, try push ups as well. Swimming is excellent, as you are working against resistance, push ups will help develop those muscles as well.|||swimming exercises most of the muscle groups and burns fat from all across the body it mainly works the arms and chest though|||Breaststroke? It exercises mostly your leg muscles, particularly your adductors (muscles of the inner thigh that pull your legs together), not the arms and chest.
