swimming is THE best sport, it works every muscle in your body within all the 4 strokes so keep it up!|||Pretty much all providing you are doing it properly taking your head under and not just holding it above the surface.|||pecs, lats, triceps, biceps, back extensors and all of the leg muscles|||almost every muscle in your body. swimming is the best exercise you could do.|||Bi-ceps|||arms legs, abdominals and bum|||titties|||a lot! your lungs,arms,chest mostly
