What's state qualifying time for 100 breaststroke in iowa?

I swim a 1:14, I'm a junior at a fairly bad swimming school and my goal is to make it to state and swim in college, I have a certain college in mind that's not very good that I think I can make it at. Think I can do it? anyone?|||normally you need a division of your school to figure it out. Sorry
