Is it really mumsy swimming breaststroke?

For many years, 1 of my ideas of exercise was several laps of the pool 2/3 times per week, but I have just read that it has been futile. Apparently its how my mother swims %26amp; is burning off no calories whatsoever! Should I take up the front crawl %26amp; be knackered after a couple of laps?|||It depends. Breaststroke is my favorite and it helps me stay fit. If you don't want to do the crawl the whole time, start of with it, then some breast stroke, and finish with it. Reward your-self with a special something
