What are some good breaststroke stretches ?

helpp!|||Stand with your legs in a "V" and shift your weight to one side while keeping your feet on the ground. Shift to both sides. Its the one I always do before my races. Standing on one foot and pulling the other back is good too. Also standing at the side of the pool with your toes on the edge and ease yourself down until you can feel a stretch. Hold on to something though because we had a guy on our team fall in doing that one. Lol ;)|||do the butterfly stretch, it feels so good a stretches like hip or thigh muscles or something. My coach also said that the partners stretch is good. That is where you(standing up) put your out stretched arms on your partner's shoulders, look down, and push down on their shoulders while they do the same to you at the same time.
