How to get my breaststroke time down?

Im a freshmen in high school and my 100 breaststroke time is a 1:22.34 that's my fastest

( i know it's not the best but i haven't been swimming long) my 50 is a 35.00

how can i get these times down should i stroke more or work on the glide

any drills that can help|||your endurance can be fixed but you just need to keep swimming more and eventually you'll get better.|||You can improve your time %26amp; speed in breast stroke ...by getting her bra off quicker. A good practice drill can be done by placing a bra around a chair and gliding your hand around to the back to pop the fastener on the bra in record time. Getting the bra removed in as quick a time as possible will enable you to get immediately into breast stroking.

HAVE FUN....%26amp; remember... always use condoms!|||Work with the timing of your strokes. Work on gliding, count your strokes. Power stroke in the breaststroke is the kick. Work on that as well.|||I REALLY hope Sunny knows that that's not what you're asking...

Anyway, I would work more on technique, and then you can take much faster strokes. Also, be careful not to wait too far for the glide part, but don't immediately go into the next stroke after you've finished your first one.

I hope this helps a bit...|||make sure that your feet touch when finishing the kick, that last bit is where you get the most push

when using you arms you are not suppose to do a huge stroke. at no point should yours arms be past your shoulders
