What kind of workouts/sets can i do during winter break to improve my breaststroke time?

kicking breaststroke using a kick borad and also do this thing called skull it is when u do the breaststroke pull with ur arms in the water and u are just floating|||y would you be lucky to have a winter break!! i wish i didnt. but uhm, 3..2..1 drill, where you take a stroke and hold it for 3 sec then another 2 sec then another 1 sec then repeat...or pull out drill is hwere u just do pullouts across one lap...or double kick breaststroke|||you're so lucky you get a break from swimming during winter break, i have hell week on my swim team


My advice is get in the pool and work on technique also work on your shoulder muscles by lifting weights|||will do like 500. or do one day breaststroke. Im 12 years old and i have a 35 sec time wbu
