What is about an average time for someone to swim the breaststroke?

An average time depends on many factors. For example, it depends how old the swimmer is, the gender of the swimmer, the length of the pool and the distance they are swimming breaststroke.|||At good time for a high school male athlete:

Short Course Yards

100 breaststroke: 1:00 (+-1 second)

Long Course Meters:

100 breaststroke: 1:08 (+-1 second)

you can figure out he speed per meter, but honestly nobody who swims measures speed in the pool like that.|||It depends how many yards....
