I am a really good swimmer and one of my friends started competive swimming too. I need some breaststroke tips?

I am a really good swimmer and have made it to the junior olympics so i really wanna come i first for a chance|||undulate! push forward with your chest and chin. make sure you keep your knees behind and "hide your heels". you sort of want to try to kick yourself in the butt. maybe try the drill where you put your hands on your butt, and you have to kick. you want to try to have your heels touch your hands. you can also try one up one under. you take one stroke above the water, and one under the water. it will help with the undulation. oh, and glide. if it's a sprint, you don't want to glide very much, but if it's a distance event you want to glide longer. good luck!

make sure you dint move your head up and down its just a waste of energy and it slows you down|||Well, to not be specific, ask a coach. That's what they are there for.
