When exactly is the butterfly kick in breaststroke allowed?

Do you have to start your pull before you can do it or can you do it while you still in streamline then pulldown|||When you do a pullout, you are in streamline for a count of three, then as you pull your arms down to your side you are allotted ONE dolphin kick, for a count of three, with one arm pull untill you surface, otherwise its a DQ.|||Never.

What you see professional swimmers do when you see them underwater on TV is their momentum from pulling underwater sends sorts of a shock-wave effect from head to toe which looks like they're doing a butterfly kick.

Deliberately trying to do a butterfly kick will have you disqualified unless it isn't noticed.|||after you pull down you do a quick butterfly kick. that's the only time it's allowed. any other time you'll get diqualified.|||its your pullout and to clarify you get one DOWNWARD butterfly kick as you pull your arms back.|||only one kick is allowed when your pulling your arms down to your sides during the pulldown|||never!
