Need to Improve about 3 seconds for Breaststroke To Get To Zones?

i'm a 5'2 swimmer that's 12. i need to shave off about 3 seconds in my 100 breaststroke so i can go to zones. anyway to get better technique or endurace? states is the last meet i can use to get the qualification and the state meet is on july 31-aug2 so i need help fast. btw i go about 1:27 longcourse. zones is about 1:24|||try to have a really good pull in towards your chest then a strong kick to push them out, make sure you dont let your arms stop near your chest. in your recovery keep your hands together and arms straight but only glide for 1-2 seconds since it is a 100.|||make sure that your pressing your legs completely together on every kick. this really helps push the water out behind you. make sure your fingers are cuppedd to again pull more water
