Im adding some swimming into my workout but can only do breaststroke well?

If i swim breaststroke for 45 mins or so a session will it prove to be good cardio? Also what muscles does breaststroke use and develop? regards|||well i would consider that long of a swim would be pretty decent cardio exercise. swimming breast stroke would build up the legs,biceps,most likely your back/stomache depending on how high you lift your head/chest out of the water.





if you want to build specific muscles i know that butterfly stroke (is very easy to learn harder to swim long and properly) will work your shoulders,back,core,and leg muscles really well considering it is a power stroke|||breast stroke uses your arms, legs and abs. and it will develop these a lot more.
