Whats the best swim suit to wear in a 100yd breaststroke race?

i am 14 years old and i just started swimming my 100 breast is low 1.15 and i wear a speedo but i heard a jammer is better and also what is the best tech-suit for 100yd breast|||Most people buy the suit that goes to the knee, so either a kneeskin or a jammer. The problem that most people have with the full bodyskin is that they say it constricts their knees so they cannot get the full range of motion for their stroke. But that is really up to you. If you don't feel too constricted, the mroe fabric the better!

Some great suits are:

Fastskin II

Fastskin Pro

LZR (but really expensive)

Tracer Light

Blue70|||when i went to the Olympic trials in Omaha every person in the 100m breaststroke finals was wearing either a lzr racer or a tracer light.

so i would assume that a full body suit would be best because of the gliding you must do during breaststroke, although i hear it is uncomfortable it is still the best option if you can afford it.|||just wear whatever you're more comfortable in. i swim for my high school and i think whatever you're more confident in will have more of an effect than the technicalities of the suit|||At your level of swimming it doesn't really matter. (no offense or anything)

Wear whatever is comfortable and just work on stroke technique to get faster; the suit wont make a big difference.|||Do whatever you are comfertable in. I am a swimmer too and if i don't feel comfertable i don't swim well!

Go fast!

Swim well!|||I've never known there to be any advantage of a jammer over a speedo in a short race. Though I have seen guy's wear both so I DUNNO!!
