What is a respectable 25 metres lap time for breaststroke and front crawl?

At a relaxed long distance type pace. Plus please share any other swimming tips you may have|||i take it front crawl is what i call freestyle.

Depends on your age and experience.

This is my estimates based on what i see at my swimming club every friday night

Breast Stroke: 26 seconds

Front Crawl (freestyle) 20 seconds

These times are probably a bit slow buit like i said im not sure what you would consider respectable|||a good time is 0.0007 seconds and good swimming tips - turn into a fish, it usually helps|||It depends on a lot of stuff, most importantly what your age and experience is. I'll answer this for me, a 16 year old who has been swimming for 8 years. I would probably consider anywhere from 24-27 a decent time for a 25 at a decent pace for breaststroke. 20 seconds is pretty good for front crawl.|||Front crawl (freestyle)- 11 seconds

Breastroke- 19seconds

But thats if your sprinting

Freestyle-16 seconds

Breastore-24
