What swimming stroke is the bet for your arms? And also what muscles do the breaststroke target?

to tell you thye truth your first question is a question as for your second one its quite silly really, what muscles are targetd... well the ones that move... any ways lets get into the answer...





best stroke for arms--- freestyle(front crawl) every 3 breathing.

breastroke: well the breastroke works mainly your lower body a bit of your upper body, shoulders arms chest.





many will tell you it doent work your arms and shoulders but trust me, my best stroke is breast so i swim it alot and my shoulders have gotten much broder. chest; you wont get pecs like the ones you'd get from bench press but you'll lose fat around the area making them "toned"











also remember that swimming will not get you "muscle" like alrnorld swats, heck not even close, rather becasue of the way swimming is done it'll tone you which means it will remove fat leaving you with definition in your arms,abs, legs. also do dry land trainning thsi helps alot, this doesnt have to be weights but running and push ups will do the trick|||the butterfly is really good for ur arms, and gives u swimmer boobs!! cause u use both hands, and not 1 at a time, and breast is just easy, and dosent really do anything...
