Easy, fun, effective method to teaching breaststroke?

I need help teaching children ages 5 to 10 to swim an adequate breaststroke. Any tips?|||The way I learned the arms was like scooping a bowl of ice cream, you're down to the last bit, and you want to get all of it, so you scoop the edges of the bowl. Don't know about the legs. Sorry!|||For me the easiest way to teach Breaststroke is to break it down into 3 steps pull, kick, glide

Start them of just pushing of the wall and staying streamline (hands out long and head down) when they get use to this bring in the arms or pull.

Get them to glide of wall and do 1 arm stroke and stop once they have got the correct arms bring the kick get them to glide of wall 1 arm stroke and 1 kick in that order also get them use to finishing in the glide position so in essence it's glide, pull, kick, glide

The first answer is correct for arms or another one is the pizza trace around the edge and cut down the middle

Legs are also easiest broken down into three steps up ,out and around

Step1 Up:Bring feet up to bottom

Step2 Out: Turn feet out heels together toes out

Step3 Around kick legs around till straight

Hope this makes your life a little easier
