I know this is a little late, but the school swim heats are tommorrow and i really need help! I am not good at swimming and to prove my point, my breaststroke time for 50m is 80:46 and if this helps, my freestyle time for 50m is 60:94. i really want some tips..|||If your times are that slow then you have really bad stroke mechanics ... they are so bad that it is as if you don't even know how to swim. So, get some swim lessons as there is NOTHING anyone on a message board can tell you that you will be able to apply that will make you faster in only one day.
Oh, and next time, try planning a little better.
