What would a good time be for the 100yd breaststroke in a 10yd pool?

I know this is a weird question, but my pool is only 10yds. By good time, I mean state level quality for high school boys.|||It's not possible to translate a time from a 10 yard pool to a time in a 25 yard pool with any accuracy. Your time in a 10 yard pool is more a measure of your turns and push-offs because you'll hardly be doing any "swimming."

A 100 yard event in a 25 yard pool has 3 turns while in a 10 yard pool it would have 9 turns. The push-off and underwater pull that comes with each turn should be faster than the actual swimming. And with a pool so short, you will (or should) only be taking 1 or 2 strokes per length.

To assess where you are, you really need to find a longer pool to swim in.|||Yes you need to try and swim it in a bigger pool (25 yards at least) The MN boys state high school standard is 1:02.35 for Class AA- the bigger schools For class A it is 1:05. Your state's standards should be somewhat similar (unless you live in like Texas or CA)
