Is a dolphin kick after a turn during breaststroke race allowed?

I'm confused about the dolphin kick after a turn during breaststroke. During the Olympics I saw Kitajima do a dolphin kick after each turn. Is it allowed in the US? Whats legal and whats illegal?|||Yes it is legal. you can do only one dolphin kick after each turn. as you do a breastroke pull underwater, you can do the dolphin kick, then do a breastroke pull and breastroke kick. but thats all. hope it helps!|||one dolphin kick is allowed off the wall during a person's "pull down"... this is when the swimmer pushes off the wall and glides, the as the hands push down, a dolphin kick is allowed... but after this, the swimmer must return to the surface of the water.|||You're allowed ONE dolphin kick after your dive and after each of your turns. More than one will get you disqualified. If something's allowed in the olympics, it's allowed in the US too.|||you are allowed to do 1 dolphin kick off each start and turn, and i would't advise trying more, because chances are, you won't get away with it. Turn, dolphin kick, pullout.|||off of a start and turns u r allowed 3 dolphin kicks... legally. usually u can get away with a lot more.
